If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt(For wedding dresses and special occasion dresses within 7calendar days). Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

The products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please send the product along with the product list which includes Order Number, Product SKU. Return Tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

We will refund your money to your original payment account within 7-10 business days after your return package is received and confirmed. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Can I modify or cancel my order

• How to cancel the order before payment

We will process the order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, customers can just leave it there. It will automatically be CLOSED 24 hours later.

• Can I withdraw an order after payment
• Cancel paid order within 24 hours:Customer can cancel the order in the user account directly or email us to cancel it. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours after the payment.
• Cancel paid order after 24 hours:Please contact us directly. If an order is not shipped, we offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped. (The cancellation fee does not include the shipping fee.)
• If I place a repeat order, can I cancel one

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address

For now, our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. So you are supposed to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.
